Exterior Remodel Example

We enjoyed successfully resurrecting this little jewel. The roof was replaced with new decking and black shingles and we supplied and installed new black shutters to compliment it. That terrible metal column in the front porch was replaced with a round wooden one. The tree was dead so we removed it and the stump. We also powered washed the stone to brighten it up.

Our Process

We try to balance the project with the budget, giving the resident the most bang for the buck. Curb appeal is one of the most important factors to consider when allocating dollars towards a remodel.

Although there were no extras in this project, the expectations were exceeded per customer feedback.

Exterior House Before Remodel Example

This home was all original on the exterior so it was clearly time for a face-lift. The homeowner requested a new roof and she did not like the ornamental steel column on the front porch.

Our Process

After we go through an extensive bidding process we find the balance between cost and goals. Because we know the actual costs of these projects because we remodel everyday, our bids are hardly ever very far off.
