Fireplace Remodel Example

Granite surrounding the center of the fireplace remodel works well to bring the look up to date. We simply painted the remaining portion of fireplace in order to keep costs down for the customer. As you can see, the results are drastically different while maintaing a prudent budget. The most money should go towards the kitchen and bathrooms, but without addressing some sore spots in a home, resell value can be affected.

A fireplace has the ability to stick out like a sore thumb. Outdated fireplaces can cause the entire room to be dated.

Due to our extensive remodeling experience, we were able to successfully advise the customer on an updated look and feel that went with the remaining portion of the house.
