Living Room/Dining Rool Remodel

Look at this beautiful and dramatic transformation. As requested the 24”x24” travertine tiles were installed throughout. We successfully removed the columns that were not structural. The two columns that remained became one by bridging them together with a panel like the existing walls. We capped the ledge with a small piece of granite. A new chandelier was added in the dining room. We prepped the walls and added an oil-based primer to allow the new paint to bond properly. In the background notice the staircase that was modified by replacing just the wooden ballasters with new metal ones.

The style should fit the space. We aim to find balance in all of our remodeling projects.

This job was completed on budget and the homeowner was then able to put more resources towards their bathroom remodel.

Living Room/Dining Room Before

This living room dining room had some real remodeling needs. The Homeowner specified her love for Travertine marble and her hatred for wood colored paneling. I suggested the large 24”x24” tiles and also the removal of the poorly placed columns.
