Painted Cabinet Kitchen Remodel Example
Kitchen Remodel Example
This particular homeowner wanted their kitchen to feel larger and suggested earth tones as a color scheme.
Our Process
Once we removed the existing cabinets, we decided to remove the furdown that was above the upper cabinets. This allowed us to install abnormally tall custom built flush cabinets. This created an illusion of a taller kitchen ceiling. And after installing the granite countertops with the flat edge, we then mounted the mirrored backsplash to create a wide open endless flow.
Remodeling Extras
This job was completed under budget and the homeowner was then able to buy the flush mount glass stove top they desired.
We painted the cabinets to reduce cost.
Kitchen Before Example
The homeowner’s request in this kitchen remodel was to add crown molding to the top of the cabinet and at the ceiling. Granite countertops, under mount sink, and travertine tile floor were specifically asked for. Customer also wanted to paint the cabinets and install the new hardware.
Our Process
After we go through an extensive bidding process we find the balance between cost and goals. We know the actual costs of these projects accurately in advance because we remodel everyday. As a result of our experience our bids are hardly very far off from the original quote.
Remodeling Extras
Although there were no extras in this project, the expectations were exceeded per customer feedback.
