As you can see, the extreme transformation has in fact captivated the original idea and brought it to life! The small study has become successfully converted into a beautiful office with large pocket doors and a spacious hardwood landing. The steal frame and glass inserts on the handrail appeal to both men and women which increases the value of a property because more people are likely to connect with the environment. We slicked the walls down smooth and coated with a neutral tone color. Finally we upgraded all lighting to 4″ cans and mounted modern fixtures on the walls.
Our Process
The style should fit the space. We aim to find balance in all of our remodeling projects.

This job was completed on budget and the homeowner was then able to put more resources towards their bathroom remodel.
Staircase Remodel Before
As you can see the staircase was severly dated. Our goal is the take a look at the entire space and work with what we can to make a big impact while reducing unnecessary cost.
Our Process
The customer wanted a very open space that felt more modern. We were able to acheive these results keeping the structure of the room in tact, but severely altering the look and feel.
Although there were no extras in this project, the expectations were exceeded per customer feedback.
