Bathroom Vanity

We retiled the bathroom vanity.

Our Vanity Remodeling Process

1.removed sink and added new shut off valves
2.peeled back veneer top and found solid wood underneath, this is sufficient for tile to lay directly on without hardi-backer
3.cut opening to required specs for new sink
4.layed out tile to check for pattern and cuts
5.applied mastic adhesive with a
3/16″x5/32″ tooth trowell and installed full pieces
6.cut remaining pieces to size and set into place
7.floated sanded grout at 1/8″ joints and corners
8.installed new Kohler sink (square)
9.installed new Pegasus faucet (square)
10.applied white caulking with silicone @ corners and around the sink perimeter
11.added two coats of grout sealer

We removed all of the exterior finish to the vanity.
